By submitting any audio recordings, photographs, videos, documents, written statements, or any other content ("Content") through this website, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Ownership and Permission
I certify that I am the owner of the Content I submit, or that I have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit it. I understand that I am solely responsible for the Content I provide and that my submission does not violate the rights of any other person or organization.
2. Permanent License
I grant the project owner a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, archive, create derivative works from, translate, adapt, and monetize my Content in any format or media now known or later developed.
3. Public Distribution
I understand that my Content may be published publicly, including but not limited to YouTube, websites, podcasts, social media platforms, streaming services, printed publications, and other public media. Once my Content has been published or shared, copies may be downloaded, shared, archived, indexed by search engines, or redistributed by third parties beyond the project owner's control.
4. No Right to Withdraw Published Content
I understand that the rights granted under this agreement are permanent and irrevocable. Once my Content has been published, I cannot revoke this permission or require that all public copies be removed. I acknowledge that complete removal from the internet or other public media may not be possible after publication.
5. Removal Requests
If I later discover information in my submission that I would like removed or edited, I may submit a written request by contacting the administrator using the email address provided on this website. The project owner may, at their sole discretion, remove or edit Content that remains under their direct control. However, I understand that removal cannot be guaranteed, particularly if the Content has already been copied, downloaded, archived, indexed, or redistributed by third parties.
6. Privacy
I confirm that I have not intentionally included sensitive personal information such as my full legal name, home address, telephone number, workplace, financial information, or any identifying information about another person without that person's permission.
7. Voluntary Submission
I am submitting this Content voluntarily and understand that I will receive no compensation unless a separate written agreement specifically provides otherwise.
8. Age and Legal Authority
I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If I am under the age of eighteen (18), I certify that my parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this agreement on my behalf before any Content is submitted.
9. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the project owner, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of my submission, my breach of this agreement, or any claim that my Content infringes upon the rights of another person or entity.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal dispute arising from this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located within the State of Texas, and I consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the contributor and the project owner regarding the submitted Content and supersedes any prior oral or written communications relating to the subject matter herein.
By checking the acceptance box and submitting my Content, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all of the terms contained in this Contributor Release and Consent Agreement.
